Validating the New Direction Fast
WeLaunch deployed outbound automation systems and LinkedIn data intelligence workflows immediately after the pivot decision to test the new positioning against real buyers.
Rather than waiting for the product to be complete, these systems engaged target accounts with the problem framing and gauged response quality, objection patterns, and intent signals in real time.
This gave the founding team live market feedback on whether the pivot thesis was correct, which segments responded best, and what language resonated.
The product roadmap was shaped in parallel with commercial validation, not sequentially after it.
By the time the product was ready to demo, there was already a qualified pipeline waiting.
