The Starting Point Was Blank

The founding team had deep domain expertise in continuing medical education but zero infrastructure. No learner acquisition system, no content pipeline, no operational backend. Everything needed to be built simultaneously while the product was still being validated.

The challenge was not just building a platform. It was building the growth engine, the content machine, and the operational layer at the same time, with a lean team that could not afford to staff each function separately.

WeLaunch came in at inception and built the AI infrastructure that allowed a small team to operate at the scale of a much larger organisation.

Approach

What We Built

WeLaunch deployed three coordinated systems.

The Content Production Agent automated the creation of CME-compliant course modules, assessments, and certification materials from raw clinical content.

The Outbound RevOps Engine identified and engaged healthcare professionals eligible for CME credits across LinkedIn and medical community platforms.

The Lead Qualification Agent handled inbound interest, assessed eligibility, and routed verified medical professionals directly into the enrolment funnel.

The result was a platform that could acquire, onboard, and certify learners at scale without a proportional headcount increase. Content that previously took weeks to produce was generated and published in hours.

Result

The Outcome

The platform scaled to a commercially viable exit-ready state within 18 months.

The CME model proved defensible, the learner acquisition cost remained low throughout, and the platform exited at $20M.

The infrastructure WeLaunch built was a core part of the asset acquirers were buying, not just the content library.
